The nutrition content is wrong. 6"whole wheat tortillas, each, 80 calories, 18 calories fat, 12 g carb, 8 g fiber Serving w/2 for EACH single quesadilla is 160 calories, 24 g carb, 16 g fiber - you need 8 tortillas to make 4 servings!! Need more accuracy. High carb, didnt try I use Romaine lettuce Submitted by:

I made my own Ranch dressing with the yogurt and herbs. The packaged stuff just has too much salt for my taste. I did bake mine because I just cant flip food without tearing it apart. I loved all of the veggies and for me a little cheese goes a long way; again because of the sodium. TY for this. Submitted by:

Good option for Sunday Superbowl. May not have plain yogurt but have fat free sour cream. I'll cook veggies & chicken ahead of time. 4 tortillas, 4 servings, so that means 1 whole tortilla (1/2 a quesa) per serving, right? Just wondering- someone below said 1/4. Submitted by:

I agree that there is not enough cheese to hold it all together. Without the yogurt sauce it's a bit bland. I would make it again, but I would try to amp up the spices. I do recommend you find a recipe calculator as mine came in 100 calories over what it says, and that's w/o the yogurt sauce. Submitted by:

Low fat cheese, and Rotel instead of tomatoes for spice. Calorie counter incorrect- has 1 serving tortilla at 130 calories, though I used a lower calorie tortilla. Too much stuff to stick together. Will lower chicken amount next time and mix together instead of layering. Taste was good. Submitted by:

This was okay, not too exciting. It wasn't bad, but it didn't have much flavor even though I used extra seasoning blend. I think I'd rather just have traditional quesadillas, myself. (Also, another member was right about the incorrect calorie info for the tortillas; it's entered wrong.) Submitted by:

Yogurt sauce was great..will definitely make this often. We added a bit of jalapino, and mushrooms with the onion, tomato & peppers.
The Whole wheat, Low carb tortillas from Trader Joe's are only 45 calories each..and were great with this.

Quesadilla maker is the solution to flipping. Toasts it nicely in a few minutes and even scores where to cut! Love quesadillas and will love this as I am drawing a blank as to what to put in other than cheese. Low carbs! Great! Submitted by:
