Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Big hit at the pot luck I took it to and not much was left. Doubled the batch and it turned out great. I also bought the frozen mixed veggie bag, steamed them to thaw, and tossed them in (I left them larger). Found healthier cream of mushroom and low fat sour cream to reduce calories even more.
