I was really surprised! I like them and I can only handle about 5-10 crisps at a time... they hit the salty and cheesy spot! Great idea! Make sure they are crsipy... cooked all the way. Soggy is yucky.
We love these! I use a lot more kale, and seasoned salt.
I'm a vegan, so I made this with nutritional yeast instead of parmesan, and it was amazing!
