Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

We have had to recently start a low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium diet (which my husband will say means low taste, but he LOVED these meatballs. I substituted 3eggs for the equivalent in egg beaters, I used low fat low sodium beef broth and used about 1/2 the salt. It was so easy and worth it.
