This is actually very close to what I make, except I use goat cheese (herb and garlic), and reduced fat cream cheese, and a small amount of 2% sharp cheddar that's been shredded. and some chopped tomatoes and cilantro. The bread crumbs on top get nice and crispy and the jalapeno holds in the cheese
