Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used what I had on hand, such as: aging Idaho potatoes, salted butter and 1% milk. I also added 1/2 a large white onion diced and about 3/4 cup of celery. Next time I will put it in the food processor or blender to smooth it out but a fork worked well. I will use this recipe again .
