Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I made a similar version with skim milk, Greek yogurt, sugar, self-rising cornmeal. Instead of buttermilk, honey and using baking powder. We always put the butter into the skillet and in the oven while mixing ingredients then pour the butter into the mix before baking the corn bread. Very moist!
