Very tasty! I put the whole thing in a 400 degree oven for about 40 minutes before slicing. I also rubbed a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder into the steak before cooking. I also made a sauce using red wine and peppercorns and drizzled it over the top. Amazing! My hubby loved it.
