mmmm- love spinach- made it with mushrooms, onions and added it to the low fat/cal pizza with torilla wrap recipe-- whew, sooo good thank God it is low cal/low fat!
This was a perfect accompaniment to the Baked Chicken with Garlic and Sun Dried Tomatoes (Chef Meg's Makeover) recipe on this site!! I mixed both recipes together and sprinkled a little parmesan cheese over it. I served it over a half cup of pasta as I had a few extra calories that day. :)
