I made these and added 1 tbsp of Braggs Nutritional Yeast Seasoning. 1 tbsp is a serving and is 20 calories, so the calorie increase isn't bad, especially since it's a good source of B vitamins.
Delicious and so easy to make!
i substituted quinoa flakes, and added 1tbsp italian seasoning. the quinoa increased the calorie count by 2. nummy good! thanks. i'll have to try some other flavors. =D
