Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Made this for a get together, and it was a hit! Marinated veggies overnight, and didn't use tomatoes, as not enough members of my dinner party liked them (no accounting for taste!). Used red & yellow peppers as well to add some color. Cut the salt, added garlic. Yum!
