Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I substitued Mrs. Dash and seasoned salt since I didn't have the poultry seasoning. It was awesome! I added a bell pepper and several carrots. I cooked for about 4 hours on high and it was perfect. I used boneless chicken breasts and have enough leftovers for at least 2 more meals. Family loved!
I found it to be a little salty with the inclusion of wild rice, so will try brown rice next time. It was very flavorful
