I don't eat mayonnaise much because it makes my skin break out, so I make my tuna salad with mustard instead. Comes out even better than regular tuna salad, in my opinion!
I got the basic recipe from Dierberg's and used my own approximations based on the order of ingredients. My friends and family love it! This version makes 4 cups or 8 servings of 1/2 cup each. You can eat it warm also and it tastes like a loaded baked potato!
