Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I loved this but didn't put the pine nuts in. I'm counting calories and the pine nuts adds 385 calories, it's delicious without them.
I'm diabetic and this has some good carbs making it a good and flavorful side dish. I left out the cinnamon and pine nuts, but added frozen mixed veggies and garlic which I sauted together before adding it to the couscous mixture. Chopped chestnuts added crunch.
