Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

The taste is great. Sadly like any thing with ham it is extremly high in sodium...over half a days worth in one serving. I think next time I will try it with just a pork roast that hasn't been cured with salt. I will also use more garlic as I just love garlic.
That sodium is a bit high.
