Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This soup is the best and easiest I've ever made! My husband is looking forward to the leftovers. I skipped the salt because with a bouillon cube it is salty enough and I used a box of salt free, free range chicken broth instead of water.
We loved it! I used left over ham from Easter dinner, added some carrots, left out the salt, and it was perfect. Will definitely make it again.
This was wonderful. Don't add the 1/2 tsp of salt until you taste the soup, because the bouillon and the ham add a lot. But I will definitely make this again. Thanks for the recipe!
