Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was ok. I mixed the ingredients, rubbed on the roast & put in the fridge for an hour. The sodium content was a little off. It's more like 350ish, which still isn't horrible. I cooked a 2 1/2lb roast on low for 8 hours; might do 7 1/2 hours next time.

Very good meal. Glad I have leftovers.
I question the total sodium per serving. Having checked a couple "mix" packages in my pantry, they have more sodium per serving in any one mix than this recipe shows for total with meat and three mixes. It would definitely be easy to make.
