Great, the olive gives it just enough salt.
This is a good sandwich filling. Glad to see recipe again as I had forgotten to make it in awhile. I like the addition of roasted red peppers,like hummus as a topping too. Found some in Oasis brand nonfat lentil, black bean etc and other flavors Hummus, which is great and low in calories.Thanks
