I didn't have spinach, so I used arugula & green apples; also used quarter cup of walnuts with my favorite dressing. Hubby thought the salmon could have used more seasoning (used salt, pepper, cap of lemon juice), but I thought it was perfect for having atop a salad. Definitely making this again.
