Used beef stock vs. bouillon. Lowers the salt. Also omitted the ketchup/tomato paste. Delicious
Great recipe, loved it. Have made it more than once.

Beans are a great veggie to include. Also, I find it good to mix some tomato paste in the top (potatoes, sour cream etc) rather than with the meat. And if you can afford the calories, some extra sour cream in the mix tastes great.
