These are so yummy! I didn't have any buttermilk so I substituted it for some skim milk w/ vinegar. I also didn't have any rolled oats so I had to use quick oats. They're definitely satisfying. I'll be making these again. I noticed that the brown sugar measurement is incomplete. I used 3/4 cup.
