I found this recipe on Allrecipes and made it tonight....they ARE 'to die for'!! Sure, they are NOT low fat or low calorie, BUT with some substitutions, using this as the base, I think this is still a very worthy recipe. YUM!
this is a great muffin recipe and can be tweaked to make "healthier" which is what i did, but i've also had a friend make the full calorie count version - both are AMAZING! plus, not all recipes have to be completely healthy via sparkrecipes - moderation :)
This is not a diet food. It's high calorie, high fat, low fiber and low protein. Maybe you should search for another blueberry muffin recipe on Spark Recipe that will be healthier. I'm sure these are to die for, but the secret is to find a recipe that is delisious and healthy.
