Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

When I use one of these recipes I take the main gist of the recipe which in this recipe is to use part lentils. This done, I can exchange the minor items as long as I stay in the same exchange category and the same calorie count and nutritional value.
It looks like the bread is a problem. I think I would try the sandwich thins to cut the calories. We do use them a fair amount of the time.
I like sliders because they are enough burger to satisfy my burger craving without the added calories
