Nutrition & Calorie Comments

We made these today for lunch. We wanted to adapt a Po'boys recipe we had for dinner, so we coated the patties in a mixture of cornmeal and Cajun seasoning and served them with fat free broccoli slaw. So good! The patties worked very well with this. This will be my go-to tuna patty recipe!
