Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I used regular sugar and my son and I enjoyed the strawberry smoothie. I used half ice and half water, and added a little milk powder to boost the protein amount. Good for a hot day.
I thought this was really good. I used regular sugar too instead of splenda and I don't think I got enough in the smoothie. But it was refreshing and made a tasty breakfast drink.
This was delicious!!! I used regular sugar instead of the sugar substitute! Tastes like the ones we used to get at the mall!
