Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This makes a ton and because it's so healthy, I can eat quite a bit! Nice for a day when calories are running short! I added 1/4 tsp of oregano, basil, and thyme and 1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper. Also, I tossed all the ingredients in a crockpot and let it cook all day! Easy!
