I'm going to try with Hodgson Mills Whole Wheat couscous w/Soy protein and flax seed meal.
I made this using Near East's Toasted Pinenut couscous and I found it really brought out the flavor of the cumin and curry that I used. I don't know what it does to the nutrition info, but it tasted great!
