Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I stayed true to the recipe and the results were really good. I did not even bother cutting back on the sugar or even substituting the sugar with Splenda. Good outcome and definitely a keeper
The only changes I made to the recipe was the inclusion of pureed prunes, reduced the sugar and reduced the expresso. I love the way applesauce affects the texture of brownies. Thanks!
Love these brownies but I cannot make them again. Too much sugar. I may try them with Splenda,
You can get sugar free chocolate chips.
Wow! So rich and delicious! I plan to make them again (soon!) but will mix the mini-chips in instead of sprinkling them on top. May also do 50/50 sugar and Splenda.

Very attractive low fat recipe.
Made these as a makeover because I didn't have espresso powder, dark chocolate chips and used 1/2 sugar 1/2 stevia. I have to say not bad! I need to tweak the makeover, I didn't have an 8 by 8 inch pan so I should use a cake pan and I used instant Folgers coffee and milk chocolate chips.
I substituted Agave for the sugar and they were delicious!!!
I want to try these. I'm confused. The nutrition info says it makes one serving, the recipe says 12.
