Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Very nice- my L.C. husband likes this! Used chicken broth b/c we were out of veg broth. We've also done half ck broth and half veg. I want to try substituting nonfat half and half for the cream for cholesterol concerns for myself.
As is, we didn't care for it at all. Didn't have much pumpkin flavor. I added more pumpkin (1/2 C & 1/3 C), an addt'l 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and 8 Tbsp brown sugar and then it tasted pretty good.
