This was delicious, no substitutes except yellow onion for red, just because that is what I had on hand. I added a sprinkling of park skim mozzarella and a blob of fat free sour cream. Made this many times, as we totally love it. It is a staple 'go to' recipe. Usually serve it with a sausage too, as my husband 'needs' protein! One of the best recipes I keep handy.
