Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Trader Joe's has a low sodium chicken broth with only 70 grams of sodium per 4 oz serving. I use this instead of bullion cubes or other low sodium broths (I've tried them all!) I used minced garlic in a jar, and fresh onions. The potato's do better than noodles or rice in long term storage.
