I tried this recipe and wasn't too thrilled with it. The calories are way off. 3 oz of deer meat is only 130 calories and the spices don't have any at all. Wondering if there are ingredients missing.
The calories here sounds way too high. The calculator shows only 134 calories for 3oz. deer meat. That should make your 1 lb. be only 715 calories. I would imagine 3,570 calories is putting a lot of people off. Recipe sounds good though.
