This recipe is great! So much protein for only a few hundred calories! It definitely needs the blueberries or some other kind of sweetener. I used two whole eggs instead of 4 egg whites.
Very good! Love it and really good for you. I added fresh picked blackberries and no sweetners and sugars. Easy to make and I will probably make extra and try freezing for breakfast on the go! Thanks for the recipe.
