Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used normal cheese and not the low-fat type. And I had enough fresh vegetables on hand plus onions and garlic as well as herbs and spices. Yummy!
I saute' fresh vegetables for this and, instead of the low fat Italian blend of cheeses, I use 3/8 cup of fat-free feta cheese in the egg mixture and 1/8 cup of shredded Parmesan on the top. It is luscious!
