Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I was surprised how pancake like this tasted. I topped it w/ Mrs. Butterworth sugarfee syrup and it was heavenly. Had to make sure I bought the sugarfee syrup. YUM
This is also good for Phase 1 of the South Beach Diet--I just use two eggs instead of the egg whites, but then again, I don't really like egg whites.

I also turn it until a cinnamon roll type thing by mixing low fat cream cheese (1 oz.), splenda packet and some cinnamon.
