Great English muffins and low carb too.
These are very tasty! Make them to curb my sandwich or muffin crave during low carb diet. I made it in the oven ( baked 350F for 10 min each side) since I don't like the microwave. Very tasty and crunchy. Put a pic of my muffin sandwich.
