Incredible! Made this recipe 3 weeks in row now. I have a muffin every morning for breakfast with just a small amt of almonds. Losing weight and feeling great so there cannot be many calories in them. I left the chocolate chips in and took the nuts out. Not hungry til lunch.Super moist! Love it
