Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Try Greek yogurt in place of sour cream for a bit more protein. Great idea. Thanks.
24 servings? from 6 potatoes? and still 167 calories? not worth making or eating.
This is a great tasting recipe, but for myself, the sodium is a bit high, so I left off the bacon. I would not have these very often with such a small portion and high calorie count.
167 Calories for 1/4 of a potato, 1/12 of a slice of bacon, 4 teaspoons of reduced fat cheese, and 2 teaspoons of reduced fat sour cream? I'm too lazy this morning to do the nutritional calculations, but they seem way off to me.
I make stuffed potato skins as a very special treat for the big game day.
Ingredients about the same, although found red potatoes less calories.. I remove a lot of the inside potato.
Calories are pretty high for these small portions.
The design is cute.
2 starts for design and effort.
Um... serving size is crazy. You are not going to get 4 servings from each potato. That's just nuts. I realize someone is trying to keep the nutritional info on the healthy side, but get real.
