Veggie trays are always good for filling one up without a lot of calories! I like to also make a hummus dip or another low calorie dip to add something extra!
I had to use Jack cheese strips for the laces, to even get anyone to bother with the veggies. Also need to precook the carrots so they were not so hard, so people could get some A vitamins from them, raw carrots are nothing but fiber, period!
