Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This recipe is high in calories and contains several superfluous ingredients (butter, salt), but it's also delicious. I plan to try it using brown rice, a sugar substitute, more milk and less coconut milk. I didn't have lime rind, so I crumbled a keffir lime leaf. Mmmmm.
I used Almond Milk and a sugar substitute and it turned out very good. Thank You.
I like to use my own rice instead and different flavors of zest such as lemon or orange. I use non-fat milk and Splenda instead of sugar.
How is this in any way, form or fashion, healthy? Refined white rice, sugar...simple carbs abound! (Evidenced by so little fiber it's as good as zero). And the portion size for the calorie cost is minimal. Aside from having some calcium, it has no redeeming qualities. Uncle Ben's strikes again!
