Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

One of the best low cal muffins I've tried. I substituted whole grain white flour and added some ground flax seed to up the nutrition even more.
Super-moist, sweet and delicious! I substituted canola oil for butter, which made the muffins fall apart somewhat, but it was mouth-watering. Sprinkling sugar on top made a nice crust. I used Sucanat instead of demerara sugar.
