Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Just what I've been looking for! I'll use the chicken broth instead of water and I'm substituting hot ground andouille style chicken sausage for the pork. Also using a sodium free Cajun seasoning from a recipe I found here. I'll be making this on Sunday to go along with my Creole themed dinner.
