Love, love, love this! Chunky or mashed fine, just can't beat avacados for health! Versatile recipe, my personal preference is to add to taste a Tbs or 2 of medium salsa instead of the salt/pepper/garlic. Red onions are my favorite to use in this recipe but sweet onions are great too.
I love this recipe. I ate it with celery sticks. Perfect for my low carb diet.
