1 Tbsp vanilla grated nutmeg for on topsmall amount of Becel to grease pan
Low Carb, low calorie treat recipe ( SB phase 1)
The added flour gives just enough of a "crust" to make it sturdy enough for "stand-alone" pieces.
This makes a wonderful lite end to a great meal
Try it with different fruit and/or different flavours of yogurt. add more sweetener if you use plain yogurt.
