My diabetic friend makes this for her family and friends. Difference is, first she LIGHTLY shakes some sweetener (I prefer Splenda, but she used a different one) on to the chopped apples, then adds the cinnamon. Heaven! Who needs calories?!
Very good - it satisfied my sweet tooth without needing sugar.
