Great recipe. Did a count of calories etc. here is what it said: Very low in saturated fat
Very low in sodium
High in dietary fiber
High in thiamin
Very high in vitamin B6
I separated the pasta into 1cup servings and froze individually, with the pasta separate from the sauce
This recipe was yummy overall, but some of the amounts seemed to be way off - the nutrition calculation is not correct, I think, since 1 serving of pasta (1/8 of a pound) is about 200 calories by itself. As the recipe is written there is too much pasta for the sauce. The flavors are GREAT though!
