Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I liked this casserole a lot but I did make some changes. I cut out the butter. However, I thought it left it a little dry. I also put a lot of extra sauted onions and about 3/4 of the potatoes. To make up for the dryness, I topped my serving with low fat sour cream and LOVED it!!!!!
