You can also cook these in individual ramekins and use your broiler to crisp the cheese! I swapped out the mozzarella for shredded fresh Parmesan and it was delicious! Also helped with the calorie count!
I love this recipe, I have made it several times now, it doesn't taste at all like it is lighter in calories.
