Yum! Substituted diced fresh tomatoes for half the tomato paste, cut out the sugar entirely, & breaded the chicken in breadcrumbs, flax, & Italian seasoning. Cooked it covered because our sauce was already thick. Served with a side of green beans. Definitely adding this to our dinner repertoire
