It as wonderful for low carb living. I made a batch using Carb Counter flour, an egg and an eggshell amount of water. Boiled the dry noodles in chicken broth then added chicken,carrots, frozen peas,a rutabaga I had to use, and some chopped red onion to make chicken soup.Thanks the recipe is great!
